General Terms and Conditions
(The following General Terms and Conditions also contain legal information on your
rights in accordance with the provisions on contracts in distance selling and
electronic business transactions).
1. Scope of application
All deliveries by Claudia Broadhurst to consumers (Section 13 BGB - German Civil
Code) are subject to these General Terms and Conditions (AGB).
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose
which cannot be attributed to either his commercial or his self-employed professional
activity.
2. Contractual Partner
The sales contract is concluded with: Claudia Broadhurst, Große Nübelstraße 5,
25348 Glückstadt. You can reach our customer service for questions, complaints

3. Offer and contract conclusion
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer,
but an invitation to treat. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking on "Buy" you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order
page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by means of
an order confirmation per e-mail immediately after receipt of your order.
4. Right of Revocation
4.1 Consumers have the following right of revocation.

Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving
reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third
party named by you who is not the forwarder took or has taken possession of
the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Claudia
Broadhurst, Große Nübelstraße 5, 25348 Glückstadt, Germany) of your
decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter,
fax or e-mail sent by post). You can use the attached model revocation form,
which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the
notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the
revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have
already received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional
charges resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the
cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than
fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your revocation of this
contract. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used
for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no
event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we
have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you
have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to Claudia Broadhurst, Große
Nübelstraße 5, 25348 Glückstadt without delay and in any case within fourteen
days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract, at the
latest. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the
goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You must bear the direct
costs of the return of the goods.
You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods if such
depreciation is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to examine
their nature, properties and functionality.

4a. Return costs when exercising the right of revocation
If you make use of your legal right of revocation (see revocation instruction), you have to
bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods ordered and if the price of the
goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros, or if the goods have a higher
value than this and you have not paid for them or contractually agreed to a part payment at
the time of revocation. Otherwise the return is free of charge for you.
5. Prices and shipping costs
5.1 The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other
price components.
5.2 Information about additional shipping costs can be found in the Shipping conditions.
6. Delivery
6.1 The delivery takes place within Germany with DHL/Deutsche Post. Further information
can be found in the Shipping conditions.

7. Payment
The payment can be made by cash in advance, cash on delivery or direct debit. Cash
payment is also possible in the case of self-collection.
Further information about the order process
Once you have found the desired product, you can add it to your shopping basket, without
obligation, by clicking the "Add to shopping basket" button. You can view the contents of
the shopping basket at any time without obligation by clicking on the link "Show shopping basket".
You can remove the products from the shopping basket at any time by clicking on
the "Remove from shopping basket" button. If you want to buy the products in the shopping
basket, click the button "Checkout". Please enter your data. The mandatory fields are
marked with an *. Registration is not required. Your data will be encrypted during
transmission. After entering your data and selecting the method of payment, click the
"Continue" button to go to the order page, where you can check your entries again. By
clicking the button "Buy" you complete the order process. The process can be aborted at
any time by closing the browser window. You will find further information on the individual
pages, e.g. on correction options.

The contract text is stored on our internal systems. You can view the general terms and
conditions at any time on this page. If you have created a customer account, you can view
your customer data at any time under "customer login"- The order data will be sent to you by
e-mail. After completion of the order, for security reasons the contract text is no longer
accessible via the Internet.
