Description

IN GERMAN LANGUAGE

This booklet is about how we can improve our relationships with ourselves and others, and how we can understand and resolve our conflicts. We learn what skills are needed to heal old wounds and develop satisfying relationships. We also learn the steps that enable us to bring about reconciliation or healing in conflict-ridden relationships – whether at work, at home, at school or in other areas of life.

The power of empathy becomes particularly clear. It is the compassion and heartfelt presence that is necessary for healing to take place.

Dr Marshall B. Rosenberg (1934-2015) was internationally renowned as a conflict mediator and founder of the international Centre for Nonviolent Communication in the USA. The method of nonviolent communication he developed has proven to be a powerful tool for peacefully resolving differences in personal, professional and political spheres. Dr. Rosenberg has taught Nonviolent Communication in more than two dozen countries to trainers, schoolchildren, students, parents, managers, medical and psychological professionals, military personnel, peace activists, lawyers, prisoners, police officers and clergy.
