The Sun Key Consensus is a way to understanding in unification in groups: the card deck (English/German) was developed by Christina Brückmann to determine and correct balance in health, love and freedom with relation to any sort of concrete situation or concept. It may also find an application in self-analysis, for decisions within the family, a partnership, a group, an association/club, a community or a company.
 

It is used for simple, stress-free confidence-building and promotes, playfully, a team spirit in the Group.
With the aid of the cards individual and joint needs become visible and solutions can be jointly developed.
The pre-determined structure gives security and makes possible a systematic handling of conflicts and seemingly irreconcilable points of view. Thereby a group dynamic is developed, which releases joy, enthusiasm and creativity.
This unique method of achieving consensus in a playful way can be used in various areas for all age groups, because, whether in mediation, in management, in youth groups or in the family, it clearly and systematically combines the basic needs for health, love and freedom of the individual, as well as the group.

As with all professional methods the secret of success lies in the willingness of all participants to engage and to get experience. By engaging in the group process and with the help of elements of nonviolent communication and the "talk-stone" old limitations in thinking are dissolved and crative new solutions become possible. 

Consensus decisions lead to sustainable and wise results provided that all participants reveal their thoughts honestly and perceive their own needs and those of others. The Sun Key was developed to practice this in a hands-on way and to get to know this equitable way of decision-making. What is really important is the mutual trust required to honestly expose one's own needs and feelings within a group. 

Experience shows success, and the best thing about this game is, of course, that there are no losers, because consensus means that everyone wins!
